Refund policy

1. Health and Personal Care Orders:

  • Items like air cleaner/purifier units, air cleaner/purifier replacement filters, water replacement filters, vacuum cleaners, vacuum cleaner bags, and filters with damaged safety protection seals cannot be returned.

2. Limited Liability Warranty:

  • Our products are covered by a limited liability warranty for defects in material and workmanship.
  • Warranty exclusions include damage from shipment, handling, storage, accidents, abuse, misuse, non-conforming usage, modification, or a defaced/removed serial number.
  • Warranty is void if repaired by anyone other than us or an approved agent.
  • Maximum liability is the product purchase price.
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applicable to the original purchaser only.

3. Return Process:

  • Request a return authorization from our customer service team.
  • Return the product to us for a refund, ensuring it is in good physical condition.
  • Include all originally included accessories and the provided return authorization number with the returned product.

4. Refund Details:

  • Shipping, handling, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid are non-refundable.
  • Prepay all return shipping charges; assume the risk of loss or damage during transit.
  • A 25% restocking fee applies, calculated based on the original product price or the retail value of missing parts and accessories (whichever is higher).
  • International customers may incur duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, for which they are responsible.

5. Additional Notes:

  • Buyers may be responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees.
  • These amounts will be deducted from the refund.
